We encourage all residents to activate their Tenant Portal. This portal makes living in our managed property just a bit more convenient. You can sign up for monthly email rent payment reminders, schedule, submit and track rent payments online, and even notify us of routine property concerns. In case of a property emergency, please contact us immediately.

Our team works hard to keep our properties well-maintained and we appreciate your help in keeping that way. Please be a good neighbor and respect our managed properties. Leave common areas as they were found. We also appreciate referrals, so if you know of someone interested in a rental, please have them contact us.

Please keep in mind, we are also licensed real estate brokers in Hawaii, so should you become interested in transitioning to ownership, please let us know.
